[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide metadata unit manager and technicians service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.         
- The Contractor shall provide an onsite metadata unit consisting of a metadata unit manager and two metadata unit technicians for the duration of the project.
- The metadata unit shall be responsible for the preparation and shipping of approximately 26,000
tapes to AETN’s tape digitization contractor.
- The metadata unit shall perform library of congress standard inventory and asset management data collection on the tapes.
- The metadata unit shall create an asset database in microsoft excel of tapes and their contents that must be input the information into the ARPBS asset management system.    
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 19, 2023.        
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
