[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide campus wide parking access and revenue control system replacement services.
- The Central Management Software will be Cloud-based and the number of concurrent, active sessions shall not be limited.
- Central Management Software (CMS) should not require the need to install software or licensing on any computer or tablet. This shall be a user-friendly, intuitive system accessible from any computer or mobile device by using any web browser.
- Integrate with University systems for credentialling and payroll deduction
- Monitoring: The entrance and exit lane parking equipment will be monitored via a workstation located in parking office which will identify the status of the equipment such as gates, ENS’s, EXS’s, APM’s, access control readers and other equipment connected to system
- The system shall have the ability to provide accurate counts including historical counts for client selected periods include the number of vehicles, patron type, spaces available at each site individually and in groups.
- System shall have an availability and uptime of 99.9%. CMS updates and upgrades required for the life of the system shall be included and shall not interfere with operation of the system.
- System shall have an open application programming interface (API) architecture to allow third party systems to share data to and from the system and third-party systems both live and via batching.
- Reporting; flexible, comprehensive user-friendly reporting with dashboard overviews and ability to modify single facility or entire campus for client determined historical periods, values, incidents, alerts and similar parameter filters including real-time occupancy/revenue views.
- Exportable in variety of formats (XLS, PDF, HTML, etc.).
