[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide grants management software.
- The grants management system will have an intuitively designed frontend, allow for ability to import and export data from third party systems, manage and maintain workflows, and provide seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
- Grant data may include grant applications, applicant work samples, budgets, resumes, references, grant contracts, grantee and applicant contact information, reviewer or panellist information, and review scoring.
- The grants management system will need to accept and store plans, financial reports, reconciliation documents, and narrative reports from the councils.
- Those data must be maintained and integrated with the board’s own application and grant data.
- To purchase a system which will integrate the collection, reporting, and storing of grant data.
 (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be two years.
