- System Support and Availability
• The software is required to be a hosted system available for access through commercial web browsers and include mobile access and user-friendly interface.
• Interface with local student information systems and state data collections.
• Provides for secure access for administrators, teachers, counselors, parents and students.
• Provides a migration of existing data from any existing ILP system at the school or district.
• Provides information on roll-over procedures to back-up sites and system delays on cut-overs.
• Indicate technical support hours and availability.
• Indicate anticipated system availability.
• Provide historical uptimes.
