[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based parking locator service.
- Must be able to develop and deploy a comprehensive campus wide application that offers university commuters reliable and up-to-date parking metrics, enabling them to know real-time parking lot availability based on their eligibility and the parking rules and regulations.
- Ability to generate traffic impact assessment Reports with real-time traffic and parking metrics and analytics.
- Provide an analytics tool that reveals historical parking data to enable forecasting for future demand and identify commuter behavior.
- Provide navigation and parking availability by destination, time duration and parking eligibility on an interactive map.
- A way to communicate parking rules and regulations, based on parking privileges ( i.e. student lots only, visitor parking only, etc. via through a personalized customer interface.
- Development and deployment of a comprehensive campus wide application that offers university commuters reliable and up-to-date parking metrics, enabling them to know real-time parking lot availability.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting or site visit will be held on September 26, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.
(4) A contract period will be for three years.
