(1) Vendor needs to provide financial software for an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- unified system to support core processes and to gain efficiencies and improve internal and external communications.
• General Ledger and Financial Reporting
o Generate standard financial statements, trial balance and general ledger reports, chart of
accounts, budget reports, budget comparison, and cash analysis reports.
o Detailed revenue reports by revenue type.
o Real-time dashboards with performance metrics, budget comparisons, and financial data.
• Budgeting
o Multi-year forecasting based on trends and user-defined assumptions
o Annual collaborative budget creation by department, with budget book creation & publication.
o Creation of budget visuals and analysis by line item.
• Accounts Payable
o Integrated accounts payable and purchase order process with online invoice approval and workflow.
o Invoice management and tracking.
o Automated payroll process with timesheet reporting, deductions and withholding.
o Expenditure tracking.
o Ability to view and upload supporting documentation
• Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts
o Automated and streamlined process, incl recurring and one-time invoicing.
o Full budget integration.
o Payment history reports and tracking.
• Bank Account Management and Bank Reconciliation
o Provides the ability to manage and automate reconciling of multiple bank accounts without the use of spreadsheets
o Provides the ability to transfer funds between accounts and fund types
• Full HR & Personnel Management (incl. Recruiting, Benefits, Learning & Performance Management, Time & Attendance, Expenses)
o Integration of HR module with budget
o Federal and state mandated tax reporting
• Utility Billing
o Supports billing and collections
o Meter reading & repairs tracking.
