[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide notice of violation citation system include accounting, administration, tracking of violations, ability for account holders to submit appeals, and the processing of such appeals by Airport personnel.
- System shall allow for violations to be issued either in office or in the field and shall store all data, including, but not limited to, documents, photographs, and videos related to enforcement in a secure format
- System shall be able to integrate across all departments within the Aviation Department that issue violations, including, but not limited to, Security and Security Credentialing, Parking, Terminals, Airside, Wildlife and Ground Transportation Enforcement is essential
- System shall include the ability for account holders to make payments and view account information.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2023.
