Vendor needs to provide coding database platform to code on various commonly used coding languages using a gamification method.
• The platform should offer a system for customers to be able to learn the following coding languages: Python, C++, JavaScript  
• The platform should make use of an independent learning platform that integrates the ability for learners to immerse themselves into a character as part of a game while learning
• The platform should ensure that by the end of the learning module for each coding language, the learner has reached an intermediate coding level
• Interface that is easy to navigate
• Interface available in English, Spanish Chinese, Vietnamese, and other world languages
• Ability to authenticate customers to ensure they are valid Houston Public Library cardholders using an established library-industry authentication method
• Provide for up to 500 simultaneous user monthly both in-library and remotely, limited to Public Library’s authenticated cardholders
• Customer support available to troubleshoot issues with the service
• Ability to provide usage statistics to include daily, weekly, monthly, and annual breakdowns, preferably accessible by library staff
• Ability to provide the library with robust marketing tools to promote the service to customers
• Proven ability to meet customer needs for a large urban library.
