(1) Vendor needs to provide housing management system.
- System have pre-existing templates to meet standard student housing operation interaction with residents (including personal information, applications, contracts, room condition/inventory, financial transactions, facility management) Please provide any preloaded templates available
- system allow for existing templates to be customized or for new custom templates to be created
- system allow for more than one type of application to be active for a student at the same time
- system allow applications to overlap across terms or timeframes
- system allow for financial transactions related to applications (fees, deposits), contracts (room costs), as well as other items (lock changes, facilities damages, etc.)
- a system that allows for tailored housing applications and preference gathering based on population and purpose
- the system allows for a tailored student experience based on survey responses
- system allow for the ability to conditionally restrict answers based on the answers given in the same question
- system allow the answer to an application question determine the path or flow to the next question
- system allow applicants flexibility to revise and interact after the initial application or inquiry
- tools available to assist applicants in roommate matching.
- system allow institutional control over questions and answer values
- system allow applicants to share family or household member information through the application process
- requires an online contract that allows for the display of terms and conditions. Please share your solution.
- system provide provisions for a minor’s guardian(s) to sign contracts
- real-time room selection based on a patron's search and patron attributes
- system allows for and limits assignments based on non-binary sex/gender identity.
