[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital employee experience solution.
- The provision of a modern intranet solution and an integrated digital employee experience platform
- The goal of the digital employee experience project is to modernize and innovate our digital employee communications and leverage products and applications within our ms365 environment to support agency’s information and knowledge sharing requirements, replace our existing bull and bear (intranet) platform, meet the demands of a growing, global organization, and strengthen our evolving corporate culture.
- Conduct an assessment of agency’s current internal communication intranet tools, identify gaps in the current system, and define detailed requirements to meet agency’s needs for a modern intranet solution and an integrated digital employee experience platform.
- Design a modern interface including UX design and navigation for optimal engagement
- Develop and implement the new platform based on the approved design.
- Advise on internal communication operating models that support the platform and tools
- Ensure that the platform can support omni-channel communication, including Intranet, email, and mobile/app.
- Work with in house and external partners to develop reporting tools and dashboards
- Promote adoption of the platform through change management strategies, including ongoing communication about the benefits and features of the new platform.
- Development of a model that defines the vision, and how the internal stakeholder engagement team functions using the new platform and tools.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
